​​​Inland Fisheries Service (IFS) has been able to award another $2000 to a lucky trout fisher. Libby Webb caught the winning trout on her first trip out on the water after breaking her ankle.

She won the $2000 after catching a tagged trout in Lake Rosebery. ​
