PWS celebrates milestone birthday

Over the last 50 years PWS has grown to 450 staff and hundreds of volunteers dedicated to preserving and protecting Tasmania’s world-renowned reserve system and natural and cultural values.

Part of the anniversary celebrations included a video that reflects on the history of PWS, staff, and volunteers and looks to the future of PWS as a parks and wildlife service.

For more information about the anniversary and to view the 50th anniversary video, visit the PWS website.
