​​​​​​​​​​Support for the Tasmanian Flood and Severe Weather Event – August/September 2024

​​​Grants of up to $10,000 are available to eligible primary producers statewide for the costs associated with eligible activities to undertake clean-up and recovery.

An additional amount of $15,000 is available for primary producers in the Derwent Valley and Central Highlands Local Government Areas (LGAs) upon evidence that demonstrates additional expenses have been incurred for clean-up and recovery following the flood event.

The Primary Producer Emergency Response Grant Program (Program) is jointly funded by the Commonwealth and the Tasmanian Government under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) and is administered by AgriGrowth Tasmania, Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania (NRE Tas).
