There are many ways of finding seasonal work in Tasmania. Here are some suggestions to get you started:


  • ​Searching the Regional Jobs Hub website is a great the best place to start. Once on the “Regional Jobs Hub Tasmania page", click the region you are interested in finding work in.

  • Backpacker Jobs is an online job board for backpackers in Australia, connecting working holidaymakers with farms. 

  • Facebook Groups: Search for groups like "Jobs Vacant and Wanted Tasmania" or groups focused on farm work in specific Tasmanian regions (e.g., "Farm Jobs Tasmania"). 

  • General Job Boards: Platforms like SEEK, CareerOne, Indeed, and Gumtree are also great resources for finding harvest work in Tasmania.

  • LinkedIn: Use LinkedIn to connect with professionals in your field of interest to potentially find job postings or opportunities.
