New Aquaculture Standards are being drafted to enhance aquaculture biosecurity systems and environmental regulations, and to ensure aquaculture management is consistent across Tasmania.
About the Standards
The new Aquaculture Standards are part of a continuous improvement process for a sustainable aquaculture industry in Tasmania. Currently in varying stages of development, the standards build on existing regulatory requirements and formalise voluntary measures being undertaken by the industry.
