Domestic, pet and kept birds
Use the Domestic and Pet Birds online form to report small numbers of sick or dead domestic or pet birds.
Wild birds
Use the Wild Birds online form to report sick or dead wild birds, including native and non-native species. You will be taken to the Wildlife Health Australia web form.
Other animals
To report sick or dead wildlife (other than birds) showing signs of bird flu, please visit the Wildlife Health in Tasmania webpage.
If you are reporting roadkill, please use the Tasmanian Roadkill Reporter form.
