Environment Policy

​​​​​​​​​​​​The department develops and maintains policy and legislation relating to environmental management, pollution control and industrial regulation. Development and review of policy, statutory instruments and legislation is done in consultation with key stakeholders including all tiers of government, businesses, industry sectors and the community.
