Service for Tasmanian Registered Surveyors

From 1 October 2012, Tasmanian registered surveyors who are also LIST subscribers can supplement the information obtained through an online LIST Survey Search Report by using the LTO Charts and Indexes supplied on a USB storage device. Survey plans identified as necessary to complete the search can then be obtained by completing a Request for Additional Plans (RAP) Form and emailing the completed form to ldrbsearch@dpipwe.tas.gov.au.
  • Please include the LIST Survey Report Reference Number on the form and allow one (1) working day for email requests to be completed.
  • If the referenced online search was conducted no more than six months prior to the lodgement of the RAP Form, additional plans relevant to that search will be supplied free of charge.
  • To enquire about opening a LIST subscription account, please email geodata.clientservices@dpipwe.tas.gov.au or phone 03 6136 4444.
  • To request the LTO Charts and Indexes on USB (available only to Tasmanian registered surveyors), please email ldrbsearch@dpipwe.tas.gov.au or phone 03 6165 4167.
