SUBJECT: UPCOMING REFORMS TO PAPER PROCESSES – INFORMATION PACKAGE

On 17 February, the Land Titles Office hosted an Information Session, presented by the Recorder, regarding major reforms affecting conveyancing practices.

Following on from that meeting, the Land Titles Office has prepared an Information Package, a copy of which is attached to this Circular.

The purpose of the Information Package is to provide industry with further information on the upcoming reforms.

It is hoped that all conveyancing practitioners make use of the Information Package to familiarise themselves with the significant and wide-reaching reforms that are coming to conveyancing in Tasmania.

All enquiries relating to these reforms should be directed to plip@nre.tas.gov.au which is the LTO's dedicated email for this reform project.​
