SUBJECT: LAND TITLES OFFICE STATUTORY FEES
The Fee Units Act 1997 came into operation in the 1998-99 financial year and provides for the automatic indexation of most Government fees in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index for Hobart (CPI).
In accordance with the requirements of the Act the new fee unit value that will apply from 1 July 2025 has been published in the Tasmanian Government Gazette on 19 March 2025.
A brief schedule of Land Titles Office fees payable on and from 1 July 2025 is attached. (Full table of fees is available at LTO Fees webpage).
