SUBJECT: CESSATION OF MANUAL CPO SEARCHING

A new Central Plan Office (CPO) records searching facility has been made available via the LIST.

As advised by the Surveyor-General in Circular Memoranda 1/2025, the option to request a manual search by Land Titles Office staff will be removed on 31 August 2025.​

Searching the CPO via the LIST is free of charge.

Information about how to search the CPO is available on the How to Search the Central Plan Office webpage.

Note: These changes do not however impact in any way the processes relating to any other searching relating to land or titles.
