SUBJECT: TASMANIAN OPERATING REQUIREMENTS – VERSION 7.2 – ELECTRONIC CONVEYANCING

The Operating Requirements relate to electronic conveyancing and regulate the operation of an Electronic Lodgment Network by Electronic Lodgment Network Operators in Tasmania.

Operating requirements are routinely updated. Tasmania, along with all operational Australian jurisdictions, has published Version 7.2 of the operating requirements.

The Model Operating Requirements are developed and published by the Australian Registrars' National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC). The Recorder of Titles considers them in making Tasmania's rules and requirements.

Version 7.2 of the Tasmanian Operating Requirements is available on the ​Operating Requirements​​ webpage.

Version 7.2 of the requirements as published, takes effect 29 June 2026.
