The Recorder of Titles has amended the Tasmanian Participation Rules version 7 and the Tasmanian Participation Rules Version 7.A are now published and available on the Participation Rules webpage.
Version 7.A of the Tasmanian Participation Rules as published, take effect 1 September 2026.
The marked up Version 7.A of the Tasmanian Participation Rules and the Tasmanian Participation Rules Version 7.A will also be published on the ARNECC website shortly.
Note: The participation rules and operating requirements communicated above relate only to electronic conveyancing. For paper-based conveyancing processes, refer to the Recorder's Directions.
