SUBJECT: REMINDER OF THE RECORDER'S DIRECTIONS EFFECTIVE DATE 7 MARCH 2024

​​​The Recorder's Directions which take effect on 7 March 2024 make binding Directions relating to the preparation and lodgement for registration of applications, dealings, instruments, and other documents for the purposes of the Land Titles Act 1980.

On 6 February 2024, the Recorder issued the Directions by publishing the Directions on the Land Titles Office website, linked below:

The effective date for these Directions is 7 March 2024.

These Directions apply to all Registry Instruments and other Documents dated on or after 7 March 2024 and lodged with the Land Titles Office in accordance with the Land Titles Act 1980 on or after 7 March 2024, other than those excluded, as determined from time to time by the Recorder of Titles.
