Introduction

The above Act received Royal Assent on 28 April 2000.

Amendments

The Act amends certain sections of the following :

Strata Titles Act 1998
Land Titles Act 1980
Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884
Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993
Land Valuation Act 1971

The amendments have been incorporated into the respective Acts and are available on the Internet.
