SUBJECT: CAVEAT REVIEW – LAND TITLES ACT 1980
I will shortly be undertaking a review of the caveat sections within the Land Titles Act 1980 (the Act).
The aim of the review is to assess whether the caveat provisions (Part 9 of the Act) fulfil their purpose.
I welcome your feedback preferably before the end of March 2018 in relation to any issues that you may have identified with the practical application of these provisions.
