CIRCULAR MEMORANDUM NO. 2 OF 2000
DISTRIBUTION : GENERAL
SUBJECT : STRATA TITLES ACT 1998

Section 127 of the Strata Titles Act 1998 provides that the Recorder of Titles may in prescribed circumstances appoint an administrator for a body corporate.

I propose to establish a list of persons available for such appointment.

Any persons who wish to have their name on the list should write to me stating their experience and area of expertise in strata administration.
