SUBJECT: Christmas Message
This year has seen a winding down of the property boom with the level of activity decreasing to that of 2002, however plan lodgements remain high.
I am pleased to see that our relationship with customers, built up and maintained over many years, continues to be very good, and I would like to thank you for your co-operation and understanding during the year. We look forward to working with you again next year.
On behalf of myself and the management and staff of the Land Data Registration Branch, I would like to take the opportunity to wish you all a happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Building Closure: As the Lands Building will close at 4:00 pm on 23 December 2005, it would be appreciated if lodgments could be made before 12:00 pm on that day so that they can be entered into the database. The Land Data Registration Branch will re-open for business at 8:45 am on 3 January 2006.
