Objection Form​

Please note that objections based on changes in council rates and/or land tax are not valid grounds for an objection, as these charges are not determined or administered by the Office of the Valuer-General.

Owner's Return - Urban or Suburban Land​​​​

The Valuer-General may request information about urban or suburban land from an owner or their representative prior to undertaking a valuation in accordance with Valuation of Land Act 2001

The Valuer-General may request information about country land from an owner or their representative prior to undertaking a valuation in accordance with Valuation of Land Act 2001. ​

Application Form for Certified Copy​​​​

Property owners or their representative may request a new valuation, a certified copy of an entry on the Valuation Roll or a certified copy of a Certificate of a New Valuation. Fees may apply.​

Notice of Sale, or Agreement For Sale of Growing Trees​

Under Section 56 of Valuation of Land Act 2001 where an owner of land comprising 50 hectares or more sells or agrees to sell trees growing on the land to be cut for commercial or industrial uses (firewood excepted), they must give to the Valuer-General notice of the sale or the agreement for sale, and this must be done within 30 days of the date on which they sell, or agree to sell. Fees may apply.​
