Objection to Valuation Form​​

The brochure explains the process of objecting to a Statutory Valuations.  The objection must be on the approved Notice of Objection for below:

Owner's Return - Urban or Suburban Land

The Valuer-General may request information about land from a land owner or their representative prior to undertaking a valuation in accordance with the Act. This form is for use with urban or suburban land.

Owner's Return - Country Land

The Valuer-General may request information about land from a land owner or their representative prior to undertaking a valuation in accordance with the Act. This form is for use with country land.

Application Form for Certified Copy

Land owners or their representative may request a new valuation, a Certified Copy of an entry on the Valuation Roll or a Certified Copy of a Certificate of a New Valuation.

Notice of Sale, or Agreement For Sale of Growing Trees
When a land owner sells or agrees to sell land of 50 hectares or more, or agrees to sell trees growing on the land to be cut for commercial or industrial uses (except when used as firewood), the owner or their representative must notify the Valuer-General of the sale or agreement within 30 days of the sale or the agreement under Section 56 of the Act. This is the prescribed form for this purpose.
