​Disclosure of non-procurement contracts​

We need to disclose all contracts on our website that are:

  • over $2 million
  • not the result of a procurement
  • still current

This is in line with Treasurer's Instruction C-1 Contracts - Disclosure and Confidentiality in Government Contracting.

Set out below is the current non-procurement contract over $2 million that we have entered into since the commencement of the disclosure requirements on 15 February 2007.

Summary of contract: 

The Recorder of Titles has under section 15 of the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (Tasmania) as set out in the Appendix to the Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 (NSW) applied in Tasmania pursuant to the Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Act 2013 (Tas), the authority to approve a Person as an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO) to operate an Electronic Lodgment Network in Tasmania. As a condition of Approval the Crown and the ELNO​ enter into, and keep current, this Agreement (Operating Agreement) with respect to the operation of the ELN and its integration with Crown systems.
