The order of choice report provides information about the greyhounds:
- nominated for a specific race meeting and
- their order of selection
- for each grade and distance at that track.
If a greyhound has more than one preference at a meeting (e.g. a nomination for the masters and a graded event), the greyhound will appear more than once on the report.
The report may display incorrect information relating to order of choice rankings and greyhound form. This can be because of interstate form or disregarded starts from series, falls, hampered runs, etc. ORI manually checks greyhound form to account for these report inconsistencies.
Greyhounds are not always selected based on their order of choice rankings. Please refer to the Grading Schedule for clauses that may apply and check for any race conditions that may impact selections.
Nominations for heats that do not receive enough nominations (and additional nominations are called for a final only) will not be displayed in this report.
