Bookings for the 2026 Antlerless Deer Hunting Season on public land have now closed.
Hunting Group Leaders who made a successful booking have been emailed or posted the information pack.
The information pack contains terms and conditions, and the Game Authority that provides the approval to hunt antlerless deer on specificied Reserve Land.

Reserve closures
Castle Cary, Buxton River, Tooms Lake and Great Western Tiers are closed to hunting from 1 July 2026 – 28 February 2027.
Great Lake Conservation Area: Tumbledown Creek - Gunns Marsh and Little Lake is closed to hunting from 27 April 2026 until 9 August 2026.
Great Western Tiers Conservation Area: Parson & Clerk Mountain is closed to hunting from 27 April 2026 until 9 August 2026.
Can I change group members, the Reserve or period we have a ticket for?
Unfortunately, not. You can however update personal information including contact details, vehicle information etc by contacting Game Services Tasmania.
